This 90-minute consultation is the starting point of your personalised health journey. Before your appointment, you'll securely upload any recent blood test results or functional laboratory reports for me to review. During our session, we'll take a deep dive into your medical history, current symptoms and lifestyle. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we'll work to identify the underlying imbalances that may be affecting your health, whether you're struggling with persistent pain, low energy, inflammation, digestive issues, and and or a desire to optimise your long-term health and longevity. Following our consultation, I will carry out a detailed review of your case and laboratory findings before preparing your personalised protocol. This will include tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, supplement guidance where appropriate, and clear, practical steps designed to achieve healthy longevity and optimal performance because you feel your absolute best. By the end of this process, you'll have a clear understanding of what may be driving your symptoms and a structured, evidence-informed plan to support your recovery and long-term wellbeing. Cancellation Policy
### Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so online up to **48 hours** before your scheduled appointment, subject to availability. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please provide at least **72 hours' notice**. Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, are **not eligible for a refund**. This is because consultation time is reserved exclusively for you and preparation, including the review of your health information and laboratory results where applicable, is completed in advance. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible. Any exceptions to this policy are at my discretion.
